AntiVision: Change Course

See exactly who you’re becoming. Then don’t.

AntiVision audits a habit in your own numbers — money, time, health — and never shows the cost without the way out. For iPhone.

How it works

How it works

  1. The audit

Name the habit and its numbers — cost, frequency, years running. The engine projects what continuing takes in money, waking life, and health markers.

  2. Your own words

Four prompts build the anti-vision — an ordinary Tuesday in 2036 if nothing changes, written by you. The app resurfaces it verbatim when it matters.

  3. The daily record

One question each evening: did it happen. Streaks count logged days only — unlogged days lower the evidence state instead of inventing a streak.

  4. The way out, always

Every cost shares its screen with an action — tonight’s check-in, a five-minute SOS timer, the Next 90 Seconds. A screen that only scares is treated as a bug.

The Fork dashboard: a serif verdict, two lines diverging from today over a field of burned cells, projected cost and days held with evidence tags, and tonight's check-in action.
The Ledger: audit rows for daily spend, total spend, projected loss, streak and SOS entries — each carrying its evidence tag: self-reported, estimated, modeled, or recorded.

The honest part

Every figure carries its evidence state.

A method screen sits one tap behind every projection — the assumptions, the sources, the confidence. The app would rather show a gap than invent a number.

Trust comes from showing the method.

Two futures

Compare the two projected paths — continued and stopped.

The plates stand on data. Portraits are an optional layer: your photo goes once per render and is never stored — results live on your phone, Google-model outputs carry a SynthID watermark, and deleting them deletes them.

Two Futures: paired report plates — Projection A if nothing changes, Projection B if you stop today — with a sourced recovery timeline.

Pricing

The core app is free. Pro adds sync, exports, reports, and continuity — monthly, annual, or a one-time founder unlock, purchased in the app.

Questions

Is this therapy?

No. AntiVision is information — your own numbers beside published statistics, never medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. When a moment is heavier than motivation, crisis resources are one tap away in the app.

Where does my data live?

On your phone, in the app’s own database, working fully offline. It leaves only if you turn on Pro sync or generate a portrait — the privacy policy states everything plainly, including the one deletion gap we haven’t closed yet.

What happens to my photo?

Portraits are optional. The photo goes once per render to the AI provider and is never stored by us; results live on your phone, Google-model outputs carry a SynthID watermark, and deleting them in Settings is real deletion.

What does Pro add?

Continuity: sync and restore across devices, exports, reports, and deeper analysis. The confrontation itself — the audit, the fork, the daily record, SOS — is free.

Which habits does it cover?

Smoking and vaping, alcohol, pornography, doomscrolling, overeating, inactivity — or a custom habit with its own cost per day.

Android?

iOS first; Android is parked for now.

One decision changes the slope.
